What do you bring?

Ideally 3 year’s experience in providing excellent Customer Service.

A high level of professionalism and comfort interacting with high net-worth clients.

Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up in a fast paced, high-volume practice.

Work well with others and enjoy contributing to a team environment.

Are open and willing to learn, continuously strive for excellence, and embrace change.

Skilled with PC, Microsoft Office.

Salesforce knowledge an asset.

Social Media and video marketing skills are an asset.

Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential to effectively communicate with our clients.

 

What would you be doing?

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Call and email clients and prospects to book appointments for intake and periodic reviews and schedule appointments in the advisors’ calendar.
  • Coordinate meeting details with clients, including teleconferencing link; send meeting confirmations, reminders, and follow ups.
  • Track activities and update information in Salesforce program.
  • Meet regularly with the advisor to review tasks, calls lists and priorities.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and post-meeting tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email, manage follow up.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including market updates, webinar invitations, surveys, and client events.
  • Social media planning, website maintenance and brochure updates.
  • Assist in recording, editing and posting video content
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
  • Contribute to improving processes - your opinion matters.
  • Communicate with Sun Life and third-party offices as needed.
  • Understand and comply with regulatory requirements.

A healthy life-work balance is highly encouraged at Brad Wigard Financial Solutions. This role is flexible allowing you to work from the office in Langford as well as from your home office remotely on agreed upon days.
