We are looking for an experienced cook/chef to come into our ghost kitchen as a production manager to prepare our Gourmet Condiments and Gourmet Heat & Serve meals.  We make everything in-house and focus on local purveyors/farmers with our menu.  We are striving for zero waste in our day to day operations.  The job is Tuesday – Thursday to start and 27 hours/week, but that will quickly grow into full time.       

You are a strong cook with lots of savory experience.  Knife skills pay the bills.  If you have experience with baking and bread making, that is great, but not necessary.  You work well on your own and are able to prioritize and coordinate your work day while being clean and efficient.  Most importantly, you have high standards in all aspects of life, but especially for the food you put out.  We preserve our gourmet sauces and produce large batches of appies, entrees, soups and more and then freeze.  We then deliver direct to customer as well as fulfil wholesale orders by the case for our retail partners.  Consistency and execution are paramount with our production schedule.  All of our systems are in place and we have a great kitchen set-up…we just need you to come in and produce our diverse and fun menu!
